Abstract

When the United States starts warming relations with Country X where there was previously little to no relationship, DiploCorps, a U.S.-based non-profit decides to lead a partnership-focused delegation. Despite the many challenges such an endeavor entails, the organization leads U.S. university representatives on a historic delegation that is both rewarding and risky.
