Facilitating Dialogue in Experiential Programs
Abstract
On an experiential study abroad program, a student posts something controversial to Instagram that embroils the entire student group in a heated situation around racial justice, simultaneously not realizing the impact their group is having on their community hosts. How can staff support the students learning and growth using the experiential education cycle?
