Abstract

University X runs a program that partners international students with current full time students. These pairs socialize and collaborate on projects together throughout the semester. The final activity for the partners is held at the local ski resort. Some of the international students experienced microaggressions at this final activity and this case brings to light the question of how to prepare both international students and domestic students for handling discrimination in events off campus.
