Abstract

Set within the context of the COVID-19 pandemic and at a large public university, this case prompts discussion about how to prepare for and to respond to unwanted disruptions that may take place within the sphere of virtual program management. Touching upon concepts such as crisis management, cross-cultural learning, program design and management, and technology, this case study aims to promote proactivity and intentionality of intercultural program design when working with students of various cultural backgrounds and culturally relevant discussion topics.
