Abstract

A Teaching and Learning Center specialist explores Scholarship of Teaching and Learning (SoTL) partnerships as a way to contribute to internationalization on campus. However, she struggles to build faculty engagement in SoTL due to time constraints, lack of incentives, and disciplinary silos.
