Mismanaging Conflicts Across Cultures in a Classroom
Abstract
This case study examines classroom mismanagement as a result of invoking an age-old cultural divide. Analyzed through the lens of a third-culture person, the case study provokes an interpersonal conflict that is triggered by mishandling of interactions in the classroom.
